Printed books
If you change your mind about printed books, such as the Volume One Family Set or extra journals, you can cancel your order within 14 days of it arriving. You don't need to give a reason.
- Email us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery to let us know, and we'll send you the address to return them to.
- Send the books back within 14 days of telling us.
- Once they're back with us, or you've shown us proof of postage, we'll refund you in full within 14 days, to the card you paid with. This includes the standard delivery charge, if you paid one.
- Return postage is yours to pay, unless the books are damaged or faulty.
You're welcome to look through the books, but please keep them unused. If the journal has been written in or the books have been damaged, we may reduce your refund to reflect that.
Damaged or faulty books
If your books arrive damaged, or something is wrong with them, please email us within 30 days with a photo. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, and we'll cover any return postage. This doesn't affect your legal rights.
PDF lessons
PDF lessons are digital downloads, ready as soon as you buy them. When you check out, we ask you to agree that you'd like your lessons available straight away and that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once you start downloading.
That means once you've started downloading a lesson, we can't offer a refund for it. If you buy a lesson and don't download it, you can still cancel within 14 days for a full refund.
If a file won't open, or something is missing, get in touch and we'll put it right or refund you.
Wonder Family plans
The Wonder Family app is free. Our paid plans give you PDF lessons to download: lesson credits on the Wonder Family plan, a new lesson every Sunday on the Weekly Wonder plan, and both on Wonder Family Plus.
When you start a plan, we ask you to agree that you'd like your lessons available straight away, and that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once you start downloading. So:
- If you cancel within 14 days of starting your plan and haven't downloaded any lessons, we'll refund you in full.
- Once you've downloaded a lesson with your plan, using a credit or a Weekly Wonder, we can't refund that payment.
- You can cancel your plan at any time, and you won't be charged again. Every lesson you've downloaded is yours to keep.
